For centuries, Christian knights made vows during the ceremony of knighthood—promising to defend the innocent, act with integrity, and remain faithful to God. This oath reflects that spirit of courage and righteous living. It’s a reminder of the qualities that every Christian is called to pursue.
Knighthood wasn’t only a military or societal rank—it carried a moral and spiritual responsibility. This display reflects that heritage and brings it into the present for us to reflect on so we may take up that oath again in our calling to return to Christ.
Each individual piece is made by hand—cut, shaped, sanded, and finished with several coats of protective clear coat finish. All of this work is done at our ministry workshop with great care and attention to detail.
The design is done with precision laser engraving, giving the text a clean and permanent look that will never wear off or fade away.

The wording of this oath is inspired by traditional vows spoken during the Accolade, and is also shown in the movie Kingdom of Heaven. The Accolade is the ceremony where a man is formally made a knight, making his vows before God and all witnesses present.

Pick the Shield or Tablet shape and the size you prefer.
Each piece has a keyhole slot routed into the back, making flush wall mounting simple and secure. Just place a screw or nail into the wall, leaving the head slightly exposed. Then line up the opening of the keyhole slot over the screw or nail head, slide the piece sideways to lock it into place, and it will settle securely. When mounted correctly, the art should sit completely flush against the wall with no gaps. You can fine-tune the fit by adjusting how far the screw or nail sits in the wall.
These pieces can also be mounted with double-sided mounting tape if preferred, or they can simply be displayed leaning against a wall, on a shelf, dresser, or wherever you like.
